A bit of bragging

Just wanted to share a few pictures of my Liliana that I've taken recently.

Lily loves her Sophie.  Many people say she's overpriced for a teether but it is truly my daughter's favorite toy and worth every penny.  :)

Ahhh Payday Friday!!!

Payday Friday has to be one of my most favorite days ever!

I always seem to accumulate some tabs over at my favorite Facebook pages through the course of 2 weeks and today I get to pay em off so I can get them mailed!!!

This week I've got some Jewelry from Tucker's Trinkets and Treasures - A GORGEOUS Mommy and Me set of bracelets and some orange earrings for my sister as a present for letting my husband and I have a date night!

Beautiful hairbows and a crochet hat from Geneva Diva which are going straight into the Christmas gifts.

Oh, and my Sock Monkey hat was done (Super quick might I add) this week also!!  That one I am absolutely thrilled to get.  I got it for Abby who just lost her favorite one to a roller coaster at Carowinds.  Anyways here's the picture of the hat she made for Abby .. I cannot wait to get it!!  This one probably won't end up being a Christmas gift.  While You Sleep, I Crochet does awesome work.  Definately worth the wait.

I am going to be stalking my mailbox this upcoming week!!

A little about my family

Since I am a newbie to the blogger world I figure I'd make a post to tell a little about myself to you guys.

My name is Jessica.  I am 26 years old and live in North Carolina.  I am a Stay at Home Mom of 3 kids.  I enjoy browsing the internet, forums, and just basically anything really.  I LOVE cooking.  I used to hate it (and actually be pretty bad at it too) but I have grown to love cooking now.  I'm more of a baker you could say then a cook-cook but hey, I try!  I also LOVE doing hair.  I am incredibly horrible when it comes to doing my own but can do others in a heartbeat.  I cannot wait til the girls get long enough hair to play around with!!

My husband's name is Vance.  We have been married over 5 years now, but together 8.  He is my rock.  We've had our ups and downs like most couples but somehow work through it.  He was in the Navy for a while and did a deployment overseas while I was pregnant with our middle child, Abigail.  That was HARD!!!  He's a fitness enthusiast and loves anything having to do with working out, running, nutrition, or fitness in general.  He's also got a lazy side to him.  He's a gamer nerd, but I wouldn't have him any other way.

Jacob is my 6 year old.  He is a very bright little man and always as sweet as can be.  He loves anything Army related, Tractors, video games, or computers.  He has a special site online that was recommended to us by his teacher and he plays that daily.  He is in Kindergarten this year and doing great!  He has also found a new love for BabyLegs.  I have been getting them for my daughters for months and now he has decided he MUST have them to use as armwarmers.

Abigail is my 3 year old.  Boy oh boy is she something else.  She is my difficult child.  GREAT and POLITE as can be in Preschool, but whew .. at home is a whole nother story.  She wakes up early everyday (seriously this girl is up by 7am) and doesn't stop until bedtime.  I call her my Darediva.  She likes to do everything that her brother does or really just anything she can think of.  Most recently she had a black eye from jumping off our porch steps and missing the bottom.  Yeah .. That is not fun to explain to people.  It happened the DAY BEFORE her preschool pictures also.  So every picture and class picture all you see is her pretty little face with a big black eye.  Aye yi yi Abby.

Liliana is my newest and final addition.  She is just 7 months old and I absolutely love her to pieces.  She is my hardest to deal with at times though because I can never do anything without her.  She will literally scream if I hand her to anyone else except myself or her Dad.  No going out for my husband and I for a while, lol.  Even my poor parents can't hold her (or sometimes talk) to her without her screaming.  It's even worse when I'm out and about running errands and everyone tries to talk to her.  She ends up screaming because of strangers and I end up taking twice as long.  Still love her though and I know like Abby she'll grow out of it.  Just takes time.  She loves her Sophie, BabyLegs, and Daddy's XBOX controller.  She hates baths, strangers, and naptime.  ;)

Well thats about it for now.  I'm going to look around more in the morning and figure out how this whole blogging thing works and get some more followers!!!  Yay!
